Welcome to the American Fiber Optics Technology Center (AFOTC). By accessing or using our services, including our website, training programs, certification services, and any other products or services provided, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility:

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Registration and Account:

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.

6. Training and Certification:

Our training programs and certification services are designed to provide educational and professional development. We make no guarantees regarding the passing of the certification tests. Certification may be subject to additional terms, fees and requirements.

7. Fees and Payments:

Certain Services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our Services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided. Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1. Cancellation Process

• Customers may cancel their registration at any time before or during the training course by contacting us at info@afotcenter.com .

2. Refund Eligibility

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date:
  • You will receive a full refund of the course fees.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date or after the course has started:
  • You will receive a 75% refund of the course fees. The remaining 25%
    will be retained as a cancellation fee.

3. Refund Processing

• All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

4. Course Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend the course but do not wish to cancel, you may request to reschedule for a future session of the same course. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days before the original course start date.

5. No-Shows

• Failure to attend the course without prior notice will be considered a cancellation after the start date, and a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations or Postponements

• Right to Cancel or Postpone:
  • The American Fiber Optics Technology Center (AFOTC) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any training course at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or any other reason deemed necessary by the company.
• Refunds and Rescheduling:
  • If a course is canceled by the American Fiber Optics Technology Center (AFOTC), you will receive a full refund of the course fees. If the course is postponed, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled session or request a full refund.

7. Online Platform Regulations:

Sharing your online course link is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized sharing will result in course cancellation with no refund provided. By accessing the course, you agree to these terms.

9. Termination:

The company reserves the right to terminate training services if the trainee fails to adhere to program requirements or engages in misconduct. Termination will be communicated in writing, and any remaining fees will be forfeited. Trainees may appeal terminations within 7 days of notification.

10. Disclaimers:

Our Services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the American Fiber Optics Technology Center (AFOTC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in question.

12. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the American Fiber Optics Technology Center (AFOTC) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.
